Emma Ashfield

Emma is the face of Move2Connect, a West Sussex-based trauma-informed therapy practice.

She has been described by iLs-Unyte as “a thought leader in the Safe and Sound Protocol provider community”, due to her innovative approach, passion for best practice and focus on continuous improvement.

She works with people with neuro-developmental delay and trauma of all ages using the Safe and Sound Protocol and her own methodology of movement and bodywork techniques that give the nervous system a second chance to develop.

Emma is passionate about ensuring quality training standards for the Safe and Sound Protocol in the United Kingdom, as well as introducing the protocol to the NHS for use with trauma and mental health patients.

Emma is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and a member of the UK Psychological Trauma Society.

Svetlana Robertson

Svetlana runs Bedfordshire-based Brighter Skies.

Psychology and neuroscience have always been Svetlana’s special interest; She holds a first class honours degree in psychology and worked as a classroom teacher for many years before retraining as a neuro-developmental therapist.

She has helped countless individuals on their neuroplasticity journeys, and is equally passionate about ensuring professional standards in this field.
